No, NEOTech 2026 is a completely in-person event

No! NEOTech 2026 will provide attendees with a free boxed lunch, courtesy of our sponsors.
Attendees are welcome to purchase food from the cafeteria area in the Kent State Student Center

Yes! Amanda Bickerstaff from AI for Education will present our Keynote beginning at 8am. She will join us virtually in the Governance Room on the 2nd floor.

Whova is a smartphone app you may use during the conference. Whova provides you with the opportunity to network, share photos, organize your schedule for the day, and much more!

For many years, NEOTech has hosted several local school districts for a middle school robotics competition. Visit the Ballroom on the 2nd floor to see the action!

Can I watch the Robotics Competition?
Yes! The Robotics Competition will be held in the Ballroom on the 2nd floor. You may also spectate from the Ballroom's balcony on the 3rd floor.
If my child is participating in the Robotics Competition, can I come?
If my child is participating in the Robotics Competition, can I come?
Yes! Please head up to the balcony on the 3rd floor to watch students compete! Parents and students do not need to get tickets for NEOTech 2026.
